Tracks Magazine is a publication produced by the Michigan United Conservation Clubs in conjunction with the Minnesota Conservation Federation, that focuses on the wildlife and ecosystems of the Great Lakes.

Tracks Magazine is published for 9 months during the year. Excluding the months of June, July and August. The magazine is targeted at upper elementary school students and can be found in classrooms across the United States. Tracks focuses on a different Great Lakes animal each month and is loaded with information about habitats, taxonomy, ecology, and zoology. Aside from all of these great stories about the animal, there is also a poster of the animal for each month included.

To top it off each magazine also has activities that your children can do to learn more about the environment around them and we even have animal jokes they can tell their friends.

MNCF offers individual subscriptions as well as discounted classroom subscriptions for individuals or organizations to sponsor a local classroom’s subscription to Tracks magazine.
